The location couldn't have been better - it was right at the bus and train stations, making it convenient for getting around. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and we appreciated the spaciousness and natural light. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was super clean. The added amenities like the kettle, plates, and fridge were a nice touch. The staff was also helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

The hotel also had a stylishly designed hall, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The common kitchen seemed to be lacking cleanliness and maintenance, with one of the laundry machines out of service.

The receptionist was polite, helpful, and friendly. They even allowed me to check in earlier and store my luggage after check-out. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Vilnius and recommend it to my friends.
