Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location couldn't have been better - it was right at the bus and train stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we appreciated the spaciousness and natural light. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was spotless. The added amenities like the kettle, plates, and fridge were a nice touch. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. the bathroom was well-maintained, and all amenities were in proper working order. The hotel also had a stylishly designed hall, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The common kitchen seemed to be lacking cleanliness and maintenance, with one of the laundry machines out of service.

The water in the bathroom was always hot, which was a nice touch. The hotel provided a teapot, microwave, and some dishes, as well as cold drinks in the reception area. The receptionist was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. They even allowed me to check in earlier and store my luggage after check-out. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Vilnius and recommend it to my friends.
